• Each edition of The Pirates’ Chest and Bonesville Magazine is mailed by the ECU Educational Foundation, better known as the Pirate Club, to all Pirate Club members. The magazines feature content produced by the most professional assemblage of ECU-connected sportswriters.

• The Pirates’ Chest, the official magazine of the Pirate Club, is published eight times during the academic year by Bonesville.net. The Pirates’ Chest presents entertainment and information in a 36-page color format, including news, feature stories, sidebars, donor profiles, schedules and an exclusive Pirate Club section devoted to calendar events, special promotions, pictures and other items of particular interest to Pirate Club members.

• The yearly Bonesville The Magazine is the flagship publication of Bonesville.net, the official publishing partner of the Pirate Club. In its seventh year, Bonesville The Magazine is the premiere independent publication devoted to coverage of ECU athletics. It is produced each summer in a 76-plus-page color format and includes expert preseason football analysis, the most extensive coverage in any medium of the Pirates’ incoming recruiting class, and a premium selection of special feature stories about ECU teams, coaches and athletes — past, present and future.

• Bonesville Magazine, in addition to being distributed by mail to all Pirate Club members, will also be available to the public through retail outlets, thus assuring an even wider circulation.
