Bonesville.net and Bonesville Media
Services are operating units of Carolina Data Systems, a
computer company based in New Bern, NC, with offices in
Fayetteville, NC, Kinston, NC, and Marion, NC. CDS was
established in 1987 by Danny Whitford, who is still the
company’s President and CEO. A provider of computer and data
communications solutions to 115 local government agencies
throughout North Carolina, the company’s expertise in network
technologies combined with the founder’s background in
journalism led CDS to launch the Bonesville.net initiatives in
Internet and print publishing in 2001.
